Prices, Terms and Conditions

Minimum rental time is 3 months. Pets are generally welcome (ask to confirm for larger dogs). We offer a flat rate that includes fast internet (500MBps download, 200MBps upload), cable TV, land line phone, water, fire wood for the wood stove. Electricity and gas is to pay extra, based on monthly consume. We will forward the invoices of the provider. We provide all linen, towels, table cloth etc. as well as cleaning tools. We also provide a laptop desk, a baby crib, a children's bed and a high chair, if needed. The local VAT is included in our prices. 

If you rent a house, we will set up a simple renting contract, and you get a receipt for the monthly rent. We ask for a deposit, payable on the day of your check-in, which is returned after your check out. (Provided that no damages occurred during your stay for which you are responsible.)
